Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order, our payment provider (Stripe) collects your name, email address, delivery address and payment details on our behalf, and shares your name, email, delivery address and order contents with us so we can fulfil your order. We never see or store your card details ourselves.

Our contact form opens your own email app with a pre-filled message — it does not submit your details to our servers, so we only receive what you choose to send us by email.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• process and dispatch your order
• send order confirmations and delivery updates
• respond to customer service and returns enquiries
• meet our legal obligations (e.g. accounting records)

We do not use your data for marketing emails or sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

• Stripe — processes payment and card details securely; we never see your full card number.
• Resend — sends us an order notification email so we know to pack and ship your order.
• Our courier — receives your name and delivery address to deliver your order.

Cookies

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies during checkout to process your payment securely and prevent fraud — these are required for checkout to work and aren't used to track you elsewhere.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it's used.
