Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. There is no minimum spend and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Orders are sent from Shepshed, Leicestershire, United Kingdom.
Dispatch times
Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment, excluding Sundays and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, your order is handed to the postal service. Delivery times are set by the carrier and can be longer at busy times such as Christmas. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
Order confirmation
You'll see an order confirmation straight after paying. Please check your delivery address carefully, as we can't redirect an order once it has been sent.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost in the post or arrives damaged, email yrbsupreme@gmail.com with your order details and, for damage, a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. For returns, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
