Returns & Refunds Policy

Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you can cancel your order and return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just let us know within that window, then send it back within a further 14 days.
How to return an item
Email yrbsupreme@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return it. We'll confirm the address to send it back to.
Condition of returned items
Items should be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging where possible. We may make a deduction if an item shows signs of use beyond checking it in the way you would in a shop.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including standard delivery costs (if any were charged). Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us straight away — we'll cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund.
Personalised items
Made-to-order or personalised/engraved pieces can't be returned unless they're faulty, as they're made specifically for you.
